Our sales method, direct by internet, allows the elimination of a third party, allowing us to offer our clients highly prestigious organic and nutritious extra virgin olive oils at a fair price.The following options are currently available for ordering online:

CONDITIONS OF SALES
1. Price. The sales price is inclusive of tax and shipping costs inside U.E. with a minimum of an order of 12 bottles . The prices indicated are valid until the new price list is issued.
2. Extra U.E. shipping. Please request a quote for the cost of shipping; the prices change accordino to the weight, destination and tipology of transports.
3. Payment. Can be made by the following methods:
Cheque – this has an additional charge of € 2,30;
Bank transfer – bank co-ordinates will be supplied on confirmation of the order. Parties that require a tax invoice should request this at the time of ordering, supplying the appropriate tax details.
4. Shipment. The products will be delivered by a trusted courier (Poste Italiane or other). Shipment time, via courier, can take up to 3 or 4 working days, excluding circumstances beyond our control.
5. Product availability. The Fattoria di Vibio will communicate any out of stock items online.
6. Right of return. The right of return is applicable only to complete goods at the time of return, obtaining substitution with another product or refund of the purchased product. The consumer, in accordance with D. Lgs. 22/5/99 No 185 has the right to withdraw in accordance with the following terms and conditions:- Send within 10 days of receipt of the goods a written letter sent via recommended post with receipt, giving details of the problem encountered, we will endeavour to resolve this in the best and quickest way. Packaging must be original. The product must be returned, via post, with the costs paid, within 10 working days of the receipt of the goods. Payment must be made correctly and in advance. Refund of monies will be made within 15 days of the return of goods.
