Meetings and workshops
The flexible organization of the conference facilities at the Fattoria enables us to cater for a variety of needs and arrange specially designed conference or meeting packages for our clients.
The "Salone degli Olivi" is a recently completed meeting room with large, open glass windows surrounded by olives and looking out over the valley below. The hall is equipped with central heating, de-humidifiers and a beautiful fireplace. It measures 120 square metres, with a 40-sqm support room that can be completely independent from the main space. The hall has a seating capacity of between 60 and 100, and is equipped with all the latest conference technology: magnetic board, transparency board, light board, video recorder and projector, wireless internet connection, amplification and recording facilities, portable PC.
The catering for conferences at the Fattoria di Vibio is traditionally Umbrian and includes starters, two first courses, two second courses or mixed grill, buffet fresh vegetables, dessert, fruit and drinks.
The Fattoria also offers its conference guests the possibility of booking a light lunch during the meeting, which during the summer months can be served as a buffet in the garden or on the open air terrace. In the winter months lunch is served on the covered veranda and includes a starter, two pasta dishes, a main course with vegetables, dessert of fruit, coffee and drinks.
Sweet or savoury coffee breaks are also available on request.
