The Fattoria di Vibio, is located in Monte Castello Vibio, a small town mentioned as one the most beautiful village of Italy. The village, a few kilometres far for Todi is characterized from the architectural harmony, the lifestyle and the link between nature and buildings.

The theatre is a real jewel of the town, unique for harmony and wisdom in stage realization.
It is considered the smallest theatre of world and it the has been recently restored, there is yearly a regular planning of plays, publicized all over the nation.
The structure has about 99: two floors of boxes and 37 pit stalls.It was projected french revolution later, in the 1789, then it was entitled to “ people ‘s concord “ meaning a new renaissance by some nobles locals families, to create in Montecastello di Vibio an entertainment place. It was inaugurated in 1808: “a theatre in proportion as its town” to represent a period of maximum splendour. The theatre was painted fresco by the young painter Luigi Agretti, the fifteen year old child of Cesare Agretti who painted the curtain and backstage as well. Besides normal theatre season, the theatre of Concorde appears as the highlight of national chronicle with interesting proposals as festivals, meetings and shows.
In 2002 the theatre was celebrated by Italian Mail Service which issued a stamp for section “Italian monumental and cultural property”.

Another important building is The Chiesa della Madonna delle Carceri (the Church of the Madona of the jails) which was created in 1505 and San Lorenzo in Vibiana with the remainder of the ancient Romanic abbey; the nearby villages are Madonna delle Carceri and Doglio, one of the Todi’s castles that delimit the boundary line between Orvieto and Todi.
