OIL TASTING (a guide to tasting extra-virgin olive oil)An expert agronomist from the University for Agriculture of Perugia guides the participants through tasting different extra-virgin olive oils, explaining their values and characteristics (incl. nutritional and those beneficial to health) benefits) and equipping the participants with techniques to perceive different intensities of the oils. This course is available in two languages.
What is included: an expert agronomist, participants’ pack with notepad and pen, 5 types of oil, 5 tasting cups, oil tasting criteria, tasting schedule, final mini test.

WINE TASTING (a guide to tasting wine)
Course description:
this course consists of wine tasting using an upwards scale, run by a wine expert and available in two languages. The expert will guide you to recognizing and knowing five kinds of wine, tasted in five different kinds of glass. The wine tasting course will be tailor-made to meet clients’ wishes and requirements. Starting with basic information about wines, you will move on to know an appropriate range of wines as well as the kind of food they should be served with.
Materials supplied: binder with wine tasting criteria list, notepad, pen, placemat for the glasses, information about wine, 5 kinds of wine, 5 kinds of tasting glass each.
Course duration: 1 hour 30 minutes | course days: from Monday to Thursday

A cheese expert from the University of Flavours at Perugia will guide you through tasting different cheeses from central Italy, explaining the various production processes. The course is available in two languages.
